The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) announced that David Huml, president and chief executive officer of Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), has been appointed to its board of directors, effective immediately. Huml joins the board as Toro seeks to deepen its expertise in global marketing, operations and emerging technologies.
Huml brings more than a decade of experience at Tennant, where he has served for 12 years in roles that include chief operating officer, senior vice president for APAC and EMEA businesses, and senior vice president of global marketing.
