Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (NASDAQ: ILPT) named Anthony Paula as its new chief financial officer and treasurer, effective Oct. 1, 2026, replacing Tiffany Sy, who resigned from both roles as of Sept. 30.
Paula joins from The RMR Group (NASDAQ: RMR), which manages ILPT, where he serves as vice president overseeing accounting, SEC reporting and corporate finance functions. He also holds a vice president position at Diversified Healthcare Trust (NASDAQ: DHC), a role he has held since December 2024 and will step down from in connection with his ILPT appointment. Paula joined RMR in 2011 and brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience spanning accounting, corporate finance, capital markets transactions and SEC reporting. He is a certified public accountant and holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
The company said Sy's resignation was not the result of any dispute with ILPT or RMR.
As of June 30, 2026, ILPT's portfolio comprised 409 industrial and logistics properties totaling approximately 59.6 million rentable square feet across 39 states. Roughly 79% of the trust's annualized rental revenues were derived from investment-grade tenants, subsidiaries of investment-grade entities or Hawaii land leases. RMR reported total assets under management of approximately $37 billion as of the same date.
ILPT, headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, is a real estate investment trust focused on industrial and logistics properties.
