Sitowise Q2 net sales rise 1.2% as adjusted EBITA unchanged
Finnish engineering firm reports modest revenue growth in Q2, with profitability metrics holding steady despite market volatility.

Finnish engineering and design services provider Sitowise reported a 1.2% year-over-year increase in Q2 net sales to €124.7 million, while adjusted EBITA remained flat at €15.3 million.
The company, which operates in infrastructure, building and industrial design, attributed the revenue growth to sustained demand in its core markets, particularly in Finland and the Baltics. Adjusted EBITA stability reflected controlled cost management amid broader economic headwinds, including inflationary pressures and higher financing costs.
Sitowise’s Q2 net profit stood at €9.8 million, down 3.0% from the same period last year, primarily due to one-time items and increased depreciation. The group maintained its full-year guidance, reaffirming expectations for net sales growth of 2-4% and adjusted EBITA in the range of €58-62 million.
Analysts noted the results as broadly in line with expectations, with profitability resilience underscoring the company’s defensive positioning in a cyclical sector. Shares were little changed in after-hours trading following the announcement.
