SGS-TÜV Saar listed by Germany's KBA for automated vehicle training

SGS-TÜV Saar GmbH has been added to the register of authorized technical services for GRA training by Germany's Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). GRA refers to approval-relevant requirements associated with automated and connected vehicles.

The training programs are part of the regulatory framework for modern vehicle technologies and are aimed at participants in the automotive industry. The listing expands SGS-TÜV Saar's training portfolio in vehicle homologation and type approval.

The company supports manufacturers, suppliers and other industry participants in meeting regulatory requirements and assessing new vehicle technologies. GRA training covers approval and assessment processes for modern vehicle systems, with content aligned to current legal provisions and the requirements of approval authorities.

Christian Bräunig, head of the technical services division at SGS-TÜV Saar, said the listing confirms the company's technical expertise and commitment to high quality standards. He added that the GRA training combines current regulatory requirements with practical application examples.

The sessions are delivered by specialists with experience in national and international approval procedures. The goal is to provide participants with an overview of the regulatory framework and its practical implementation in development and approval processes.

The KBA has published further information on the register of authorized technical services for GRA training.
