Sampo plc, a Finnish financial services company, repurchased 4,266,170 of its own A shares in week 37, specifically between September 7 and 11. The shares were acquired at an average price of €9.51 across four trading venues, with €9.50 on the Helsinki exchange and €9.52 on CEUX.

The buyback was part of Sampo's ongoing share repurchase program, which was announced on May 6 and started on May 7. The program is authorized by the company's Annual General Meeting, held on April 22. The maximum value of the buyback program is set at €350 million.
