Nyxoah appoints interim CFO, reaffirms 2026 revenue and margin guidance

Nyxoah SA, the Brussels‑listed medical‑technology firm that develops treatments for obstructive sleep apnea, announced a change to its finance leadership. Chief financial officer John Landry will leave the company effective 2 October 2026 to pursue another professional opportunity. The board has appointed President International Loïc Moreau, who previously served as CFO from 2022 to 2024, as interim CFO.

Moreau brings more than two decades of finance experience, including senior roles in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development at GSK, audit work at EY and corporate‑finance assignments at PwC. In a statement, CEO Olivier Taelman said the company is “fortunate to have Loïc available to step into the interim CFO role” and noted his deep familiarity with Nyxoah’s operations.

Alongside the leadership update, Nyxoah reaffirmed its full‑year 2026 financial guidance. The company projects worldwide net revenue of €36 million to €40 million, gross margins of 60 % to 62 %, total operating expenses of €99 million to €102 million, and non‑GAAP cash operating expenses of €88 million to €90 million.

The guidance follows recent milestones for Nyxoah’s flagship Genio system, which received the European CE mark in 2019 and secured U.S. FDA approval in August 2025. The company continues to focus on expanding its OSA treatment portfolio while managing costs under the new interim finance leadership.

No further changes to the company’s strategic outlook were disclosed. The transition is expected to be seamless, given Moreau’s prior tenure as CFO and current role overseeing international operations.
