Mind Gym plc (AIM: MIND) shareholders approved all proposed resolutions at the company's annual general meeting on September 8, 2026.

Approximately 80.20% of total voting capital participated in the vote, according to the company. The annual report and accounts received unanimous support with 80,527,345 votes in favor. The remuneration report and policy garnered 98.78% approval — 79,544,290 votes in favor against 983,055 opposed.
