iShares Asia Property Yield ETF to tighten index dividend yield thresholds

iShares II plc announced changes to the eligibility criteria of its iShares Asia Property Yield UCITS ETF (USD Dist), which tracks the FTSE EPRA/Nareit Developed Asia Dividend+ Index. The revisions will take effect on or about September 21, 2026.

Under the current rules, companies are eligible for inclusion when their forecast dividend yield is at least 2%. The new policy raises the entry threshold to a minimum forecast yield of 3%. Existing constituents will remain in the index unless their forecast dividend yield drops below 1%, at which point they will be removed.

The fund’s ISINs are IE00B1FZS244 and IE00BGDPWV87. A revised prospectus reflecting the updated criteria will be published around the effective date. The full shareholder letter will be accessible via the Financial Conduct Authority’s National Storage Mechanism website and on the iShares website.

Investors can direct inquiries to the regional contact numbers and email addresses provided in the announcement.
