Intelligent Protection Management reported earnings that missed Wall Street estimates by $0.12 per share, while revenue also fell short of projections.
The company’s adjusted earnings per share (EPS) totaled $0.45, below the $0.57 expected by analysts surveyed by Refinitiv. Revenue came in at $124.3 million, down 8% year-over-year and below the $131.2 million consensus estimate.
Management cited softer demand in its core markets and supply chain disruptions as key factors behind the shortfall. The company, which provides security and risk management solutions, did not provide updated guidance for the current quarter.
Shares of Intelligent Protection Management were down 4% in pre-market trading following the release.
