Immunocore Reports $431M Revenue, $880M Cash as Clinical Trials Advance

Immunocore PLC, a biopharmaceutical focused on cancer immunotherapy, reported revenue of $431 million in trailing twelve months, marking a 21% year-over-year increase and exceeding its annualized run-rate of $400 million. The company’s lead product, KIMMTRAK (tebentafusp), generated $220 million in first-half 2026 sales, with 70% market penetration in both the U.S. and Europe. Community settings account for roughly 70% of treatment starts, and the median duration of therapy is approximately 14 months, targeting around 1,000 eligible uveal melanoma patients in the current indication. Expansion into cutaneous melanoma (TEBE-AM) could add up to 4,000 patients, while adjuvant uveal melanoma (ADAM) may include another 1,000, driven by a 1.5-year European trial (EORTC) with U.S. sites added in 2026 and completion expected by year-end 2028. KIMMTRAK’s primary endpoint in the ADAM trial is relapse-free survival versus observation, targeting high-risk patients with a median relapse time of 2–3 years.
