On September 8, 2026 at 10:20 AM, Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Limited (NYSE: GCDT), a Cayman Islands holding company operating through its Hong Kong subsidiary Boca International Limited, announced a strategic partnership with SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Limited (ticker 0301) for the manufacturing of BocaPCM‑TES thermal energy storage panels in China.
Under the agreement, SANVO is appointed as the sole supplier and exclusive manufacturer responsible for mass production of the panels, while Green Circle will use SANVO’s existing facilities and concentrate on research and development, product design and global market expansion. The partnership has an initial term of three years, with automatic three‑year extensions unless either party provides prior written notice of termination, and formal agreements will be executed to detail operational roles and production terms.
