GameSquare regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance

GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) received written confirmation from Nasdaq that it has met the exchange’s minimum bid‑price requirement. The company’s common stock posted closing bids of at least $1.00 for ten consecutive business days, ending the compliance deficiency.

The qualifying price streak spanned August 24 through September 4, 2026. Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) mandates a $1.00 minimum closing bid for ten days, and Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Staff has now closed the case.

Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, GameSquare describes itself as a media, entertainment and technology firm active in gaming and esports, owning FaZe Esports and operating one of North America’s largest gaming media networks.

The compliance confirmation was issued on September 8, 2026.
