Analysts at Jefferies maintained a Hold rating on the stock, citing concerns over near-term margin pressures despite acknowledging long-term growth potential in the company's digital payment solutions segment. The firm set a price target of $14.00, which remains above the current trading level.
Fold Holdings has not provided updated guidance for the current quarter, though management indicated that it expects sequential improvement in revenue as seasonal trends normalize. The company plans to host an earnings call on May 15 to discuss the results in further detail.
