Elemental Royalty clears antitrust hurdle for Vizsla Royalties acquisition

Elemental Royalty Corporation (NASDAQ: ELE, TSX: ELE) announced that Mexico's Comisión Nacional Antimonopolio has granted antitrust clearance for its acquisition of Vizsla Royalties Corp. (TSXV: VROY, OTCQX: VROY). The approval removes the final regulatory obstacle, allowing the deal to close in the near term.

The acquisition agreement, dated May 13, 2026, gives Elemental royalty interests ranging from 2.0% to 3.5% of net smelter returns on Vizsla Silver Corp.'s Panuco project in Mexico. The rights are life‑of‑mine, uncapped and free of buyback or step‑down provisions, and apply to the project's existing resources.

Chief Executive David M. Cole said the antitrust sign‑off enables the company to move toward finalizing the transaction and will be announced shortly. Additional details are available in Vizsla Royalties' management information circular filed on SEDAR+.
