CleanTech Lithium Plc said on Monday it will hold its annual general meeting on September 11 in London, giving shareholders an opportunity to review the company’s operations and financial outlook.
The AGM will take place at a central London venue, with details to be published in advance of the event. Shareholders are expected to vote on routine matters, including the re-election of directors and approval of the prior year’s financial statements.
The company, which focuses on lithium exploration and development, has not disclosed additional agenda items beyond standard corporate governance procedures. CleanTech Lithium’s shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market.
The timing of the meeting aligns with the broader sector’s emphasis on securing critical minerals amid rising demand for electric vehicle batteries.
