Wall Street reaction was split. Canaccord Genuity initiated coverage with a buy rating and a $65 price target, citing CareDx’s leadership position in transplant diagnostics. H.C. Wainwright, meanwhile, reiterated a neutral rating with a $46 price target following the quarterly results.

Shares continue to trade at a premium to consensus fair value even as growth metrics remain strong, raising questions about whether further upside is priced in or whether the market is rewarding sustained execution.
