Bravura Solutions shares rise after strong H2 2026 results
Australian wealth management software provider posts better-than-expected revenue and profit growth for the second half of fiscal 2026, lifting shares.

Shares in Bravura Solutions Ltd. rose on Wednesday after the Australian wealth management software provider reported stronger-than-expected revenue and profit growth for the second half of fiscal 2026.
The company’s H2 2026 results, released after market close on Tuesday, showed revenue increased 12% year-over-year to A$245.3 million, exceeding market expectations. Underlying profit before interest and tax (UPBIT) rose 15% to A$78.6 million, also surpassing analyst forecasts.
Bravura attributed the outperformance to higher client retention rates, increased adoption of its cloud-based solutions, and organic growth in key markets including the U.S. and Europe. The company noted that its wealth management platform, Sonata, continued to gain traction among mid-tier and large financial institutions.
Chief Executive Officer Anthony Goldbloom said the results reflected strong execution across the business, with a particular focus on expanding its global footprint and accelerating digital transformation initiatives.
The company maintained its full-year guidance for fiscal 2026, reaffirming revenue growth of 8-10% and UPBIT growth of 10-12%, despite macroeconomic headwinds. Bravura also announced a final dividend of 10 cents per share, up from 8 cents in the prior year.
Analysts at Macquarie and UBS raised their price targets on the stock following the results, citing the company’s resilient growth trajectory and improving margins. Bravura’s shares were up 5.2% at A$12.45 in mid-morning trading on Wednesday, outperforming the broader Australian market.
The company’s investor presentation highlighted a 20% increase in new client wins during H2 2026, with notable contracts signed in North America and Asia-Pacific. Bravura also emphasized its progress in integrating recent acquisitions, which contributed to the revenue uplift.
Bravura Solutions has been expanding its product suite to include AI-driven analytics and automation tools, positioning itself for further growth in the digital wealth management space.
