Beta Bionics Inc. and Senseonics have announced a partnership to integrate their automated insulin delivery systems with the Eversense 365 continuous glucose monitoring system. The collaboration aims to provide people with diabetes with more device options for managing their condition.
The iLet Bionic Pancreas and mint automated insulin delivery systems from Beta Bionics will be integrated with the Eversense 365 system from Senseonics. Upon commercial launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, the iLet system will support more continuous glucose monitoring manufacturer options than any other automated insulin delivery system. The companies have also committed to integrating the mint system with Eversense 365 in the future.
Beta Bionics' insulin dosing algorithm has received FDA clearance and autonomously determines insulin doses for people with diabetes. The Eversense 365 system provides year-long glucose sensing capabilities.
Sean Saint, President and CEO of Beta Bionics, stated: “This collaboration with Senseonics will expand our reach to a larger group of people with diabetes and empower them with maximum choice in the devices they rely on to manage their diabetes.”
