Auburn National Bancorporation declares $0.27 quarterly dividend

Auburn National Bancorporation Inc. said on Wednesday its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per common share.
The dividend is payable on July 1 to shareholders of record as of June 14, the Auburn, Alabama-based regional lender said in a filing. The payment marks the bank’s latest quarterly distribution under its ongoing dividend program.
Auburn National Bancorporation, which operates primarily in Alabama, has maintained a consistent dividend policy, returning capital to shareholders through regular payouts. The $0.27 per-share amount is unchanged from the prior quarter’s dividend.
The company’s shares were down 0.3% in midday trading following the announcement.
