ARK Investment Management's exchange-traded funds bought 51,477 shares of Meta Platforms on Monday, adding approximately $34.3 million to its positions across the ARKK, ARKW, and ARKF funds, according to filings reviewed by Finances Review.
The purchases came as the firm reduced exposure to CrowdStrike Holdings, selling 28,403 shares worth an estimated $6.7 million through its ARKW and ARKF vehicles.
ARK also sold 59,265 shares of Everpure (NYSE: P) in ARKW, totaling $6.2 million, and offloaded 12,536 shares of Twist Bioscience for about $2.1 million, the filings showed.
Among its other activity, ARK sold 32,284 shares of 10x Genomics in ARKG, valued at roughly $2.5 million, and shed 29,705 shares of the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF for $198,700.
On the buy side, beyond Meta, ARK added 29,587 shares of Airbnb in ARKW for $4.9 million. In ARKG, the firm purchased 100,241 shares of Ionis Pharmaceuticals ($4.5 million), 74,878 shares of Veracyte ($3.0 million), 102,565 shares of Beam Therapeutics ($2.6 million), and 61,858 shares of Scribe Therapeutics ($2.0 million).
