ADNOC Logistics posts record Q2 profit, raises guidance again
UAE state-linked logistics unit posts record quarterly profit and raises full-year guidance for the third time, citing strong energy sector demand.

ADNOC Logistics & Services reported record quarterly profit for Q2 2026 and raised its full-year guidance for the third consecutive time, according to internal presentation slides reviewed by Reuters.
The company, a unit of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), did not disclose specific profit figures in the slides but indicated the result exceeded prior expectations. The guidance upgrade follows two prior increases this year, reflecting sustained demand from ADNOC’s energy sector operations.
ADNOC Logistics, which provides marine, aviation and land logistics for ADNOC’s upstream and downstream assets, cited robust activity levels in the UAE’s energy sector as the primary driver of the outperformance. The company’s fleet includes tankers, barges and aviation assets supporting ADNOC’s expanded production and export operations.
The guidance revision underscores ADNOC’s broader strategy to leverage its integrated logistics platform amid a period of elevated oil and gas activity. ADNOC has accelerated upstream projects, including new drilling campaigns and export terminal expansions, to capitalize on sustained global energy demand.
ADNOC Logistics did not provide immediate comment on the slides or guidance changes. The company’s financial updates are typically disclosed in conjunction with ADNOC’s broader earnings reports, which are scheduled for release later this year.
