Venture Global raises Q2 2026 EBITDA guidance on strong outlook
Natural gas company lifts EBITDA forecast for Q2 2026 to record levels, citing improved operational efficiency and demand outlook.

Venture Global LNG Inc. raised its guidance for second-quarter 2026 EBITDA to a record level, according to slides prepared for an investor presentation.
The company did not disclose the specific EBITDA figure in the slides, but said the upward revision reflects stronger-than-expected operational performance and a favorable demand outlook for liquefied natural gas (LNG). Venture Global operates export terminals in Louisiana and Texas, which supply LNG to global markets.
The guidance increase follows a period of sustained growth in LNG demand, particularly in Asia, where utilities have sought to replace coal with cleaner-burning gas. Venture Global’s facilities have also benefited from higher utilization rates and improved cost efficiency, the company said.
The investor presentation, dated Aug. 28, 2024, was shared with analysts and investors ahead of a scheduled earnings call. No additional financial details were provided in the slides, and Venture Global did not respond to requests for comment.
The company’s terminals include the Calcasieu Pass facility in Louisiana and the Plaquemines LNG project, both of which are designed to export U.S.-produced LNG to overseas markets. Venture Global has previously highlighted its role in meeting global energy needs amid the transition away from coal and oil.
The revised guidance underscores the company’s confidence in its long-term growth trajectory, despite ongoing volatility in global energy markets.
