Breakdown by venue shows 2,616,863 shares bought on Nasdaq Helsinki at €9.50 per share, 1,223,069 shares on CEUX at €9.52, 240,396 shares on AQEU at €9.47 and 185,842 shares on TQEX at €9.53.
The repurchase is part of a broader buy‑back programme authorised by Sampo's annual general meeting on April 22, 2026. The programme allows for up to €350 million of share repurchases and was announced on May 6, 2026, with execution commencing on May 7, 2026 under the EU Market Abuse Regulation framework.
