Gresham House Asset Management Ltd has increased its stake in software company Cerillion plc to 11.31%, according to a regulatory filing submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority on Wednesday.
The London-based asset manager's holding rose from its previously notified position of 10.35%, a disclosure made in compliance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, which mandate notification when shareholdings cross specified thresholds.
Gresham House said it holds 3,339,974 voting rights attached to shares in Cerillion, all held directly rather than through financial instruments, with no additional voting rights held via derivatives or similar instruments. The shares carry the ISIN code GB00BYYX6C66.
The threshold was crossed on Tuesday, as noted in the press release statement filed with the London Stock Exchange's Regulatory News Service.
