Globant (NYSE: GLOB) appointed Sarab Narang as CEO of Glob.AI, its AI-native technology services division, effective immediately. Narang will report directly to Martín Migoya, Globant’s CEO and co-founder.

Glob.AI operates as a services division dedicated to AI, providing organizations with access to modular AI units – referred to as AI Pods – operated by AI agents and supervised by human experts. The division’s pricing model is based on output or consumption rather than traditional hourly or seat-based metrics. Narang’s role will focus on scaling the AI-native services model, expanding the ecosystem of AI Pods, and driving growth across Globant’s client base.
Doosan Robotics reported annual recurring revenue growth of approximately 60% in the most recent quarter, alongside a pipeline valued at $436 million. The division has achieved adoption across 45% of Globant’s top 20 accounts. Globant operates in more than 30 countries with a workforce exceeding 27,400 employees.
