GE HealthCare has appointed Pascal Desroches, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer at AT&T, to its board of directors, effective Jan. 4, 2027.
Desroches, who has served as AT&T’s CFO since 2021, plans to retire from the telecom company on Dec. 31, 2026.
He brings more than three decades of finance and governance experience. Following AT&T’s acquisition of Time Warner in 2018, Desroches served as CFO of WarnerMedia, where he oversaw financial operations, global real estate, and technology across HBO, Turner Broadcasting, and Warner Bros. Earlier, as CFO of Turner Broadcasting, he participated in the spin-off of three subsidiaries: Time Warner Cable, AOL, and Time.
His career also includes stints at KPMG and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Desroches currently sits on the boards of Honeywell Aerospace, where he chairs the audit committee, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He previously served on the board of DaVita for nearly four years.
H. Lawrence Culp, Jr., chairman of the GE HealthCare board, called Desroches "a highly respected executive and accomplished financial leader whose experience spans corporate strategy, capital deployment, and investor engagement."
GE HealthCare reported $20.6 billion in revenue and employs approximately 54,000 people. The company provides medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and software solutions to healthcare providers worldwide. It trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker GEHC.
