Galantas Gold Corporation said it exercised warrants over 25,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of C$0.12 per share, according to a press release dated Sept. 10.
The company plans to apply to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to begin on or around Sept. 18, and the newly issued shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares.
Following the issuance, the company's total issued share capital will stand at 837,165,093 ordinary shares. Galantas Gold is a publicly traded gold and copper company focused on acquiring, developing, and advancing mineral assets. Its current projects include the Indiana Project and the Andacollo Gold Project in Chile.
