Retatrutide is an investigational triple-hormone receptor agonist currently advancing through clinical trials for weight management and metabolic conditions. Eli Lilly has repeatedly warned consumers and health providers against purchasing unverified versions of its pipeline therapeutics from compounding pharmacies and unauthorized online vendors.
