C4 beats earnings estimates by $0.03, revenue misses forecasts
The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.32, exceeding expectations, but revenue of $1.2 billion fell short of analyst projections.

C4 Inc. reported second-quarter earnings that beat Wall Street estimates by $0.03 per share, though revenue lagged behind forecasts.
The company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.32, surpassing the $0.29 consensus estimate compiled by Refinitiv. Revenue totaled $1.2 billion for the quarter, missing the $1.25 billion estimate.
Net income rose to $85 million from $72 million in the same period a year ago, reflecting improved operational efficiency despite softer top-line performance. Operating margins expanded to 12.5%, up from 11.2% in Q2 2023, as cost controls offset revenue pressures.
C4’s management attributed the revenue shortfall to softer demand in its core enterprise software segment, partially offset by growth in cloud-based solutions. The company reaffirmed its full-year guidance, citing strong pipeline activity and cost discipline.
Shares of C4 were down 1.8% in after-hours trading following the release, as investors weighed the mixed results against the earnings beat.
