American Healthcare REIT Names Ann Lacey Asset Management Head

American Healthcare REIT Inc. (NYSE: AHR) said Wednesday it has appointed Ann Lacey as executive vice president, asset management for senior housing, and Joshua Miller as vice president, investments for senior housing.

Lacey joins AHR from Artemis Real Estate Partners, where she oversaw a senior housing portfolio valued at more than $2 billion and an overall portfolio exceeding $5 billion. She served as a voting member of the firm’s healthcare investment committee and worked closely with 15 senior housing operating partners.

Prior to Artemis, Lacey spent more than a decade at Sunrise Senior Living in operational and asset management roles, most recently as vice president, operations and performance improvement. In that capacity, she led an eight-person internal consulting team that deployed operational improvements across approximately 250 North American communities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a master’s degree from Southern Methodist University.

Miller comes to AHR from Dallas-based private equity investor RSF Partners, where he spent nearly seven years and most recently held the title of vice president. He is also a member of Argentum’s Future Leaders Class of 2026.

In her new role, Lacey will lead day-to-day asset management across AHR’s senior housing operating portfolio, which includes the company’s senior housing operating properties and integrated senior health campuses segments. She will work with AHR’s operating partners to enhance resident outcomes, operating results, and long-term asset value.

Miller will participate in transaction execution for senior housing acquisitions and dispositions.
