AMCON Distributing to list shares on NYSE Texas exchange
Wholesale distributor AMCON to debut on NYSE Texas, expanding its trading venue options as it seeks broader investor access.

AMCON Distributing Company announced plans to list its common stock on the NYSE Texas exchange, pending regulatory approvals.
The move follows the company’s existing listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, where AMCON shares have traded since 2016. NYSE Texas, formerly known as the Cboe Texas Stock Exchange, represents an additional trading venue for the wholesale distributor, which serves convenience stores, drugstores, and other retail outlets primarily in the southern United States.
Company executives cited the new listing as a strategic step to enhance liquidity and visibility among investors. AMCON has not disclosed a specific timeline for the transition, stating only that it remains subject to final approvals from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and other relevant regulators.
AMCON Distributing did not provide further details on the operational or financial implications of the listing change in its announcement. The company’s shares will continue to trade under the same ticker symbol, DIT, regardless of the exchange.
