Ripple’s XRP token surged 10.48% on Friday to trade at $1.3736, marking its largest single-day percentage gain since August 20. The move pushed the cryptocurrency’s market capitalization to $86.07 billion, representing 3.31% of the total crypto market cap. Trading volume reached $8.7988 billion over 24 hours, or 5.41% of all crypto turnover.
The seven-day advance accelerated to 37.66%, with XRP ranging between $0.9886 and $1.4275 during the period. Despite the recent rally, XRP remains 62.42% below its all-time high of $3.66, set on July 18, 2025.
Bitcoin advanced 6.65% to $77,498.4, lifting its market cap to $1.55 trillion and maintaining a 59.75% share of the total crypto market value. Ethereum rose 5.24% to $2,440.17, with a market cap of $294.21 billion, accounting for 11.31% of the sector. Combined, the three largest cryptocurrencies accounted for roughly three-quarters of the $260 billion total market capitalization.
