XCF Global Inc. (NASDAQ: SAFX) reported that its New Rise Renewables Reno facility generated more than $10 million in revenue in August from the sale of renewable diesel, marking the first full month of commercial fuel sales since restarting operations in July.
The company said August shipments totaled 1.3 million gallons. Daily production climbed to over 70,000 gallons from approximately 50,000 gallons at restart, according to a statement from CEO Chris Cooper. The Reno plant holds a permitted nameplate capacity of up to 38 million gallons annually.
August revenue included proceeds from product sales as well as related incentives and renewable attributes, XCF Global said.
Cooper called the results evidence of "continued commercial and operational execution" at the Nevada operation.
The company faces ongoing disputes with the landlord over the ground lease for the Reno facility and with its primary lender regarding loans tied to the plant's development. XCF Global said it intends to advance potential expansion opportunities at the site and in North Carolina and Florida, subject to feasibility assessments, financing, regulatory approvals and market conditions.
The report comes amid scrutiny of XCF Global's ability to sustain ramp-up at New Rise, where the company has previously navigated production setbacks and lease contention. August volume and the production rate above 70,000 gallons a day represent the strongest throughput since operations resumed in July.
