XBP Global Holdings misses earnings by $0.01, revenue below forecasts
Quarterly profit fell short as earnings per share missed estimates by a penny, while revenue declined amid weaker demand.

XBP Global Holdings reported earnings that missed analyst expectations by a single cent per share in its latest quarter, while revenue also trailed forecasts as demand softened.
The company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.49, below the $0.50 consensus estimate compiled by Refinitiv. Revenue totaled $1.23 billion, down 3% year-over-year and below the $1.27 billion expected by analysts.
Management cited weaker-than-anticipated demand in key markets and supply chain disruptions as factors weighing on performance. Gross margins narrowed to 28.5% from 30.1% in the same period last year, reflecting higher input costs and pricing pressures.
XBP Global Holdings, a diversified industrial conglomerate, did not provide updated guidance for the full year, stating that visibility remains limited due to macroeconomic uncertainty. The company’s shares were down 2.1% in pre-market trading following the release.
Analysts at Jefferies maintained a hold rating on the stock, citing concerns over near-term growth headwinds despite long-term operational improvements.
