Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO) has launched a retail offer aimed at raising up to £300,000 in gross proceeds through the issuance of up to 6 million new ordinary shares priced at 5 pence each.
The offer, coordinated by Zeus Capital Limited and processed via the BookBuild platform, targets eligible investors in the United Kingdom through listed financial intermediaries. Each share purchased carries an entitlement to one warrant, exercisable at 10 pence per ordinary share for a period of three years beginning August 28, 2026. The warrants will not be admitted to trading on AIM.

The issuance of shares and warrants is conditional on resolutions being passed at the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026. Admission to AIM is expected to take place at 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2026, following successful completion of the offer and AGM approval.
