WaFd sets 27-cent quarterly dividend per share
The bank’s board declared a dividend of $0.27 per share for the quarter, payable Oct. 15 to shareholders of record Sept. 30.
WaFd Inc. said on Monday its board declared a quarterly dividend of 27 cents per common share, marking the company’s latest payout to shareholders.
The dividend is scheduled to be paid on Oct. 15 to investors recorded as shareholders on Sept. 30, the bank said. The declaration follows WaFd’s prior quarterly distributions, maintaining a consistent return policy for equity holders.
WaFd, a regional financial services firm based in Seattle, did not provide additional commentary on the dividend decision or changes to its capital allocation strategy in the announcement.
