Several entities affiliated with Voss Capital sold a combined 110,021 shares of Flywire Corp for approximately $2.27 million, according to regulatory filings.
The disposals were executed across two days in late August, with weighted average prices ranging from $18.9149 to $18.9948 per share. Voss Value-Oriented Special Situations Fund and Managed Accounts of Voss Capital were the primary sellers, accounting for the majority of the transaction volume.
After the sales, the reporting group retains 13.73 million shares of Flywire’s common stock, alongside derivative positions including call options exercisable at $10 and $7.50 through late 2026. Flywire’s shares were trading at $18.76, near a 52-week high of $19.73, following a 51.9% gain over the past six months.
The transactions follow Flywire’s Q2 2026 results, which exceeded analyst expectations with revenue of $164 million and adjusted EBITDA of $24 million. The company raised its full-year 2026 guidance, citing strength in travel, education, and hospitality verticals. Eight analysts have revised earnings estimates upward, while B.Riley lifted its price target to $24 from $22, maintaining a Buy rating.
