VinFast, a subsidiary of Vietnam-based Vingroup JSC, has finalized franchise dealership agreements at three locations across California and Pennsylvania, the company announced.
The new outlets will open in Redondo Beach, Tustin, and Philadelphia, and are scheduled to begin operations in September. They will offer vehicle sales alongside maintenance services, warranty support, and aftersales care for VinFast’s electric SUV lineup, including the VF 8 and VF 9 models. Physical showrooms will allow customers to explore the brands’ electric vehicles and receive consultation.
Brian Finnerty, CEO of VinFast North America, said the stores will ensure customers can access comprehensive sales, maintenance, and warranty support within their local communities.
VinFast also operates a Certified Pre-Owned Program in the U.S. market. The company stated it continues to identify and evaluate potential partners for additional dealership locations across the United States as part of a broader strategy to grow its sales and service network in North America.
