VICI Properties Inc. has appointed John M. Sullivan to its board of directors as an independent director, pending regulatory approvals. This appointment brings the board's membership to eight directors. Sullivan will serve on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.
John M. Sullivan, President and former CEO of Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, has over 25 years of experience in retail and mixed-use real estate in North America. He has held executive positions at Brookfield Properties, Marathon Realty Company Limited, and First Quebec Corporation. Currently, he serves on the boards of Colliers International and EQ Bank, and is a trustee of The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Concordia University and an MBA from McGill University.
