Verizon Communications Inc. announced a quarterly dividend of 70.75 cents per outstanding share, maintaining the same rate as the previous quarter.
The payment is scheduled for November 2, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 9, 2026. Approximately 4.2 billion shares of common stock are outstanding.
CEO Dan Schulman said in a statement that "Verizon's reliability and consistency in returning capital to shareholders is a result of our focused operational execution and our ability to drive sustainable cash flow." He added that "the strength of our business allows us to maintain our unwavering commitment to the dividend and deliver for our shareholders, while continuing to invest for long-term growth."
Verizon paid approximately $11.5 billion in cash dividends during 2025, against revenues of $138.2 billion that year. The company trades on both the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq under the ticker VZ.
