Following the purchase, Roth’s direct holdings in Venu Holding increased to 9,270,864 shares, while the JWR Living Trust and KMR Living Trust—both established on November 19, 2012—hold 62,500 and 999,720 shares respectively. Roth serves as trustee for both entities.
The company reported a Q2 2026 loss of $0.29 per share, exceeding analyst expectations of a $0.21 loss, on revenue of $4.8 million. Total assets rose 38% year-over-year to $511.8 million. Venu Holding also highlighted cumulative FireSuite sales exceeding $285 million since its launch and identified over $150 million in C-PACE financing secured for two major projects, including one in Broken Arrow slated to open in approximately 90 days and another in McKinney targeted for March 2027.
