UiPath Inc. reported quarterly revenue of $410.3 million for the three months ended July 31, 2026, exceeding analyst expectations of $397.8 million and marking a 13% increase from the prior year. Adjusted earnings per share matched forecasts at $0.15, while annual recurring revenue reached $1.938 billion, up 12% year-over-year.
The company posted adjusted operating income of $89 million and GAAP operating income of $32 million for the quarter. Its dollar-based net retention rate stood at 109%, reflecting sustained customer expansion. Shares rose 2.1% in after-hours trading following the results.
UiPath raised its full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to a range of $1.789 billion to $1.794 billion, with a midpoint of $1.792 billion, surpassing the consensus estimate of $1.779 billion. The company also lifted its third-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to between $440 million and $445 million, above the $441.2 million forecast. Adjusted operating income guidance for the quarter was set at approximately $100 million, while the full-year figure was projected at about $445 million.
Leadership changes were also announced, with Hitesh Ramani promoted to chief financial officer and Ashim Gupta named chief operating officer. Daniel Dines, founder and CEO, highlighted the company’s execution and growing platform momentum, emphasizing the role of AI in expanding enterprise automation needs. Yazdi Bagli, an executive from Kaiser Permanente, was appointed to the board of directors.
