Municipal securities included Los Angeles County Transportation Authority notes and Pittsburgh, California Successor Agency bonds, each with transaction values ranging from $50,001 to $250,000.
Private fund investments included a purchase of Audax Senior Loan Fund exceeding $1 million, as well as smaller positions in Smash Capital Fund II and Valo Ventures GP II, valued between $15,001 and $100,000. A partial sale of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Health holdings was also reported, with proceeds between $250,001 and $500,000.
U.S. Treasury bills, currently trading at $50.46 with a 4.1% dividend yield, reached a 52-week low of $50.31. All transactions were executed in the spouse’s account, and the filing did not specify the account type or brokerage used.
