Total Wireless, a prepaid wireless brand under Verizon’s Value portfolio operating on the Verizon 5G network, said it will offer Western Union money transfer, bill payment and money order services in its 2,000 U.S. stores.
The partnership, announced on August 18, 2026, makes Western Union’s global payout network of more than 360,000 locations across 200 countries and territories available to Total Wireless customers. Services launched immediately in select stores and will expand to additional locations through the end of 2026.
Customers can send and receive transfers, pay bills and purchase money orders at standard Western Union rates. Those on Total Wireless’ MAX 5G BYO, MAX 5G or ALL ACCESS plans receive one fee-free Western Union money transfer per month. The waiver covers the transfer fee only; exchange rates, taxes and surcharges remain applicable.
Customers can redeem the fee-free benefit through Western Union’s website, mobile app or participating Total Wireless stores.
