Topicus.com Inc. announced on Monday that Ramon Zanders will become chief executive officer, with the change taking effect on October 1, 2026. Robin van Poelje, who has led Topicus and its predecessor, TSS, for over 16 years, will retire from the CEO role for personal reasons but will continue to serve as a director and chairman of the board.
Zanders will retain his current position as Group CEO of Total Specific Solutions (TSS) Blue while also becoming a director of Topicus. The board said it will pursue an enhanced decentralization strategy for its TSS operating groups, granting each unit autonomous, stand‑alone status while respecting Topicus' Investor Rights and Governance Agreement. As part of this shift, Total Specific Solutions Public, led by Han Knooren, plans to adopt a new name once the rebranding is finalized.
In a related move, Daan Dijkhuizen, Group CEO of the Topicus operating group, will join Constellation Software to support AI‑first initiatives across the Constellation group. Topicus is described as a pan‑European provider of vertical market software and platforms serving public and private sector clients. Its subordinate voting shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker TOI.
