Teladoc Health Inc. appointed Michael Grasher as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, as the virtual healthcare services provider seeks to stabilize leadership following its recent financial restructuring.
Grasher, who previously served as CFO at IFG Companies, a privately held property-casualty insurer, brings more than 30 years of experience in insurance and financial services. His tenure includes over 12 years in CFO roles at both public and private companies, as well as a decade in equity research, where he held the position of Managing Director at Piper Jaffray, now Piper Sandler.
Prior to IFG, Grasher held CFO and Executive Vice President roles at Fortegra, a global specialty insurer, and AMERISAFE, a publicly traded workers' compensation insurance provider. His responsibilities at these organizations included financial reporting, capital management, and investor relations.
Teladoc Health CEO Chuck Divita stated that Grasher's appointment reflects the company's focus on financial discipline and strategic execution. "Mike is an experienced financial leader with a proven record of financial stewardship," Divita said. Grasher, in his own statement, highlighted Teladoc Health's scale and clinical expertise, adding that he looks forward to collaborating with the leadership team to enhance value for members, clients, and shareholders.
