OviTex unit volume rose 12% year-over-year, but revenue in the plastic and reconstructive surgery segment declined 24.7%, weighing on total sales. Gross margin improved to 72% from 70% in the prior-year period, supported by tariff refunds and reduced inventory charges. TELA Bio’s shares were trading at $0.70 on Aug. 26, up roughly 8% from the prior week, valuing the company at $31.43 million.
