Tactical Resources Inc. said on Friday it has completed its merger with a special purpose acquisition company, securing a Nasdaq listing.
The transaction, announced earlier this year, combines Tactical Resources with the blank-check firm, allowing the combined entity to access public markets. The deal was finalized after securing necessary regulatory approvals and shareholder consent.
Tactical Resources is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under its new ticker symbol on Tuesday, marking the completion of the SPAC merger process. The company did not disclose additional financial terms or share allocation details in its statement.
SPAC mergers have become a common route for private companies to go public, offering expedited access to capital markets compared with traditional initial public offerings. Tactical Resources did not provide further operational or strategic updates in relation to the merger completion.
