Swedish cybersecurity company Clavister Holding AB reported a 63% year-over-year increase in second-quarter net sales, rising to 89 million Swedish kronor (about $8.3 million).
The company reversed a prior-year operating loss, posting a profit of 13 million kronor for the three months ended June 30. Net income for the period totaled 10 million kronor, while EBITDA reached 24.6 million kronor.
Gross margin improved to 82.5% from 81.1% in the same period last year, reflecting higher-margin contract wins. Total orders booked during the quarter amounted to 57 million kronor, including a 14 million kronor contract from Norway’s Defence Materiel Agency.
Clavister attributed its growth to a substantial order backlog and an expanding sales pipeline, positioning the company for expansion in both civilian and defense cybersecurity segments. The Swedish firm develops network security solutions for enterprises and government entities.
