Stagwell Inc. said on Thursday it is expanding its multi-year partnership with Adobe Inc. to accelerate enterprise customer growth, adding four new industry-specific solutions to its existing portfolio.
The collaboration, which began in the fourth quarter of 2024, now encompasses seven solutions developed by Code and Theory, Stagwell’s digital transformation agency. The expanded offering spans financial services, B2B, sports, and retail sectors, with two tools already in market and a third scheduled for release later this year.
The first launched solution, the Creative Intelligence System for financial services, debuted in April, while the Content Operating System for sports followed in June. Both are built on Adobe CX Enterprise, the companies said. A third industry-specific solution is planned for 2026, with additional offerings slated through mid-2028.
Stagwell operates a global marketing network with specialists in over 40 countries, while Code and Theory serves major clients including Amazon, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Microsoft, NBC, and the NFL. The partnership also extends into sports marketing, with Adobe serving as SPORT BEACH’s Official Experience Partner under a multi-year agreement.
Mark Penn, Stagwell’s chairman and CEO, said the companies share a vision that enterprise marketing will be shaped by the convergence of data, AI, technology, and creativity. Michael Treff, CEO of Code and Theory, added that the solutions are designed to address specific client challenges and deliver immediate value.
Stagwell’s shares were indicated 0.4% higher in after-hours trading following the announcement.
